We have a different way of working at Crank.
We are collaborative and we work closely in partnership with our clients to achieve quality results. We are more like an extension of your business, instead of an outsider.
Below is our process, a tried and tested method of delivering quality work to budget and schedule. If this doesn't fill you with excitement, I'm sorry, but not much else will!
1. Discovery
We take time to understand your requirements. We like to have a chat about your project goals, ideas, inspiration, deadlines, budgets and everything in-between.
2. Planning
We like to plan and put a strategy in place for how your project will develop over the time we work together. We keep you in the know every step of the way.
3. Conceptualise
Once all of the fine details are down on paper, we like to switch our pens for pencils and get doodling! This is the part where we start generating ideas for you.
4. Design
We spin up the hamster wheel and build your project from our pre-approved conceptual work. We are collaborative, and we like nothing more than to involve you in our designs.
5. Implementation
Design isn't just pretty pictures and JPG files. Implementing your project to the world takes a pair of steady hands, and lucky for you, we are all really good at Jenga!
6. Review
We review your project after its launch and check you're doing ok. Not only that, but we like to stay in touch to see if we can lend a hand further down the line!
